We, the citizens of America, are now joined in a great effort to revolutionize the country. We will make our country a leading power in all aspects of technology and sustainability. The impact of climate change will decrease, our children will be able to breathe fresh air again, our economy will be refreshened and work adapted to the future. Other countries will look up to us again: America is a rational, smart and modern country!
Changes in air quality, new diseases, destruction of our infrastructure like bridges, streets as well as power suppliers and flooded coasts. This is a heavy damage not only to our environment, but also to the economy and the health of the American society over the past years. Now this should have an end. I promise to all of you, America will be progressive and will eliminate non sustainable technologies or procedures right away. Because from this moment on there is no time for hesitation anymore. When we want our children to live in a beautiful American country, we have to act now!
We will not just enter the paris climate agreement, but suggest a plan for higher efficiency when it comes down to the CO2-Emissions, my team and me have worked on for years. America as the second largest country in terms of CO2-Emissions carry a responsibility for the world's disasters due to climate change. March 2019, cyclone Idai takes the lives of more than 1,000 people and over 1,000,000 have no food. East African drought: 15 million people are missing food due to drought over the couple past years wiping out crops and livestocks. And if some of you might not feel addressed by the responsibility America has in climate change, just take a look, central America also supercharged by the climate crisis.
Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Nicaragua's typical three dry month seasons extended to six months or more. And don't forget the forest fires in San Francisco, burning down 1.5 million hectare of forest, because of higher temperature and drought. We have the responsibility not just for our country, but for the whole world. How does that feel to you, fellow Americans? Thinking about such terrifying scenarios that are going on and that will continue in the next decades, getting even worse. Don’t you feel scared? In order to make a huge change, to heal the world from the human behaviour and consumerism and ist destuctive effects, I decided to appeal to you, fellow Americans. And you heard my voice, you’re listening to me now, at this moment.
A moment that will change everything and that will be remembered as the day, the human race decided to give the world a chance to heal, to regenerate ist strength and unity, by taking advance oft he main ability, that was once given to us. The intelligence! It’s the source of our strength and the reason for us, being able to get through all challenges we have to face. The human species is originally the wealiest on earth, when it comes to physics. We are wealier than a lion, slower than a tiger and smaller than a bear. But still we are alive. We’re actually faster, stronger, lowder, higher, bigger and smarter than any species on this planet. We’re gaining strength by intelligence. Strength by Innovation. If we would just use these innovations to create a more sustainable, more effective and more equal society and not by creating a superior position of the human species and missusing the natural ressources, the earth offers to us. I think of a world, where no species is threatened by extinction. I think of a world, that offers equal access to nutrition in every country, on every continent. I think of a world, in that fair trade is the norm that doesn’t cause any CO2-Emissions.
And I think of a world, where America ist he first country having the courage to have drastical changes and is seen as the leader, in terms of sustainability and innovation. Don’t you realise, how far we’ve already came, fellow Americans? Think of electrical sources of energy, think of cars with electrical drive. I heard that Tesla is creating beautiful ones. (HAHA) Think of things that are to came in the next four years!!! I promise to all of you, that I won’t waste a minute, that I could have used, to do research on the latest technology and its chances for our society and our country. But I need you to do the same! We will face the hard and dark times and we will reach better, or even the best days through togetherness and unity.
We will use the strength, God has given to us, the intelligence and we will get things done. We leave the time of talking behind and now it’s time for brave and courageous actions. It’s not America first anymore.
